Mukund has over 30+ years of experience in IT industry with an equitable mix of sales and delivery experience. Prior to his entrepreneurial journey, he served at iGATE Singapore for over 6+ years in different roles. He was largely responsible for transforming iGATE (formerly known as Mascot Systems) from a resourcing brand into a leading IT consulting and service brand, and developing its consulting and offshore business from almost nil in year 2000 to about 60% of ASEAN overall revenues in four years’ time. Besides, Mukund was also responsible for iGATE’s pre-sales and sales and knows intimately market dynamics of ASEAN region.
Prior to coming over to Singapore, Mukund was Practice Manager – Manufacturing at Compaq, India. He was responsible for Compaq India’s Y2K program. Mukund began his career as a Design Engineer at HMT, Hyderabad. Mukund holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Osmania University.

Govind has over 25 years of international experience in Consulting, Business Development and Operation Management across industries. He set up the Global Testing Competency Centre for Hastraa in Malaysia. Govind brings the wealth of professional experience from his associations with large global organizations such as Philips India and iGATE where he played several roles in his career. Prior to setting up Hastraa, he was Head of Business Development- ASEAN & India covering Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong and India markets.
He possess sound experience in BFSI, Manufacturing and Telecom verticals and helped the customers to leverage the technology with a successful track record of managing consulting and large outsourcing deals. He is a good relationship manager with proven ability to build and manage CXO level contacts. Govind holds a degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Madurai Kamaraj University.

Eddie who hails from Kuala Lumpur holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Malaya and possesses a broad understanding and knowledge on a range of corporate and statutory matters in Malaysia and Australia.
He has served as a director of two ASX listed companies in Australia. In addition he currently sits on the Board of two private limited companies.

A visionary and goal-oriented IT Executive with over 15 years of demonstrated experience in various fields of IT Delivery, Management Consulting, Business Development and Operation Management. Prameel currently heads our Group IT and Operations at Hastraa. He joined Hastraa in 2010 and has since worked in different capacities. He also heads our SIBS Core Banking Testing Practice globally. His strength is delivery excellence, market development, strategic planning of business operations.
He has led several large IT programs in global banks including Singapore, Malaysia, Myanmar, UAE, South Africa, Kenya and India. He possesses rich banking knowledge across Retail, Corporate, Investment and Digital Banking. He is also a certified SOA Solution Designer & Architect. Prior to joining Hastraa, he was associated with Nihilent Technologies as a Software Designer where he has led several transformation programs in Africa including Standard Bank (South Africa), Nedbank (South Africa), Stanbic Bank (Kenya). He is a subject-matter specialist in Banking domain and Regulatory compliance by virtue of his extensive Core Banking experience in banks across different geographies.
He holds a Computer Science & Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University.

Her expertise in Banking and Financial Services is enriched by her experience of handling critical projects in the areas of Core Banking, Investment Banking, Trade Finance, Payment Systems and all critical channels including Internet and Mobile Banking. At Hastraa, she was instrumental in providing delivery and solution leadership for critical engagements like GST implementation for CIMB, AmBank, AgroBank and upgrade engagements with key clients in Banking and Insurance like Zurich, May Bank, India International Bank of Malaysia and Hong Leong Bank.
Kalaivani worked for Maveric Systems before joining Hastraa and was leading delivery for key clients like RBS for Trade Finance implementation, Qatar Islamic Bank for their Brokerage and Internet Banking engagements and Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank for their Core Banking Upgrade, country roll outs of UK & Qatar, Treasury, Trade Finance, Payment Systems and Internet Banking implementation.
