Malaysia’s second largest financial service provider implemented Internet banking application for customers to perform everything online with no need to go to branch. Testing was to be conducted on various mobile devices and browsers.

Hastraa performed UAT of the application on testing the functionalities like Kwik Account Opening, Link VA to CASA accounts, Transfer funds, Bill Payment, Prepaid Reload, Send Money, Claim Money, Remittance, Kwik Account Closure.
The approach for UAT testing is to identify the Kwik specific testing scope for Internet & Mobile applications and formulate a specific test strategy providing the standard methodology and procedures for driving the overall test management approach.
