Business Situation:

Malaysia’s leading bank was to implement transaction banking application for their Cash Management, Trade Finance, Supply chain financing, online baking, Security and Cross border settlement services. Hastraa undertook requirement validation and comprehensive UAT testing services to ensure the quality of the application.

  • Inadequate information on requirements in User Requirement Documents.
  • Lack of business understanding on the new applications.

The Solution:

  • Hastraa performed UAT of the application on testing the functionalities like collections and payments, payroll reporting and liquidity management, international trade finance and supply chain financing solutions including Import and Export Services.
  • The approach for UAT testing is to identify the specific testing scope for Corporate and Institutional Clients and SME Clients whose convenience of a single point of access across the above services to streamline their workflow processes and formulate a specific test strategy providing the standard methodology and procedures for driving the overall test management approach.
